EAST Molesey's second team claimed a hard-fought 51-run victory over Dorking in a low-scoring Surrey Championship Division Three West contest dominated by disciplined bowling and pressure-filled spells.

Key lessons are learned by Dorking team in loss

Having won the toss, East Molesey elected to bat first but quickly found themselves under pressure.

Dorking's bowlers, led by George Edwards (4-30 off 8.2), applied the squeeze early and maintained it throughout the innings.

The wickets were shared around as Charlie Edwards (2-17 off ten), Dom Venn (1-9 off five), Chris Ward (1-8 off two), and Ben Rogers (1-38 off nine) all struck at key intervals.
