Uncertainty over city housing site

A former motor village site that is next to a city supermarket has changed hands.
What was Perry's Motor Village in Blackpool Road, on the border between Ribbleton and Deepdale, was due to become a new housing development.
But no work ever took place and MCI Developments Ltd, who in 2021 had proposals for more than 50 homes approved, has confirmed it would no longer be taking the site forward.
