Residents 'fight back' against the march of broadband poles
Lancashire Evening Post
|July 21, 2025
Telegraph poles popping up across Preston are seeing individual residents fight back against what they say are 'eyesores'.
The firm behind the poles, broadband provider BRSK, has been increasingly active in suburban areas of Preston in recent months - saying the current infrastructure needs 'infill poles' to cope with turning on alternative broadband services like theirs.
Since the Post published a story last month about the Fulwood street which forced the company into a U-turn about the new poles, we've been contacted by fellow BRSK-fighters.
This story is from the July 21, 2025 edition of Lancashire Evening Post.
