Developers behind the regeneration of Brewery Lane in Lancaster's Canal Quarter have released the first detailed look at proposals for the long-derelict site.

Lanmara Developments Ltd (LDL), Axis-RE and Marco Living have published a masterplan for the three-acre plot between the city centre and the canal path. The former Mitchell's brewery has been largely unused for years and is considered one of the most significant brownfield redevelopment opportunities in the district.
