New details emerge for indoor market's revamp

Garstang Town Trust, owners of Garstang's indoor market, has released more details of the proposed ambitious revamp.
-
Out will go the wide open entrance way which creates chilly blasts during blustery weather.
And in will come a new glass frontage to protect shoppers from the elements, as well as others changes which aim to bring a more modern look to the Victorian building.
With a contemporary emphasis on eco-awareness, energy efficient methods will be used to generate power while the roof space will be insulated to maintain a comfortable temperature for both stall holders and shoppers.
