Hecky's positive verdict on Kitt's loan stint at Cork

Preston North End manager Paul Heckingbottom views Kitt Nelson's loan spell at Cork City as a positive one.
While the Irish side suffered heartbreak in the FAI Cup final and finished bottom of the Premier Division, regular game time in senior football came Nelson's way from February to November. In total, he made 37 appearances for Cork, with 31 of those starts. The versatile midfielder chipped in with six goals and one assist.
He now returns to North End, with whom he is contracted until 2028, having penned fresh terms before the loan stint.
