Yoga Day Celebrated Across Kashmir With Zeal

The 11th International Day of Yoga was celebrated with great enthusiasm across all districts of Kashmir, marked by mass yoga demonstrations and the live telecast of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address from Visakhapatnam.
This year’s theme, “Yoga for One Earth, One Health,” emphasized the interconnection between personal well-being and planetary health.
Thousands of people, including students, officers, and the general public, took part in yoga sessions across the region.
In Baramulla, over 1300 participants gathered at Showkat Ali Stadium, where DIG North Kashmir and Deputy Commissioner Minga Sherpa joined the celebrations.
