J&K Bank Donates Five Buses To Rural Colleges Under CSR Initiative

SRINAGAR: In a significant boost to rural education infrastructure, J&K Bank on Sunday donated five buses to Government Degree Colleges in Kashmir under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The buses were flagged off by Minister of Higher Education Sakeena Itoo at Abdul Ahad Azad Memorial (AAAM) Degree College, Srinagar.
The event witnessed the presence of several prominent dignitaries including Advisor to CM Nasir Aslam Wani, MLA Tangmarg Farooq Ahmad Shah, MLA Sopore Irshad Ahmad Kar, Additional Secretary (Higher Education Department) Afaq Ahmad, Director State Motor Garages Malik Tahir Gani, Incharge Director Colleges Dr. Firdous Giri, Director Finance (HED) Abdul Majid Butt, and Principal AAAM Degree College Prof. (Dr.) Mudasir Afshan.
Top officials from J&K Bank including GM & Divisional Head (Kashmir) Shabir Ahmad, DGM (CSR) Anup Bhat, and Zonal Heads Fayaz Ahmad, Khurshid Muzaffar, Raja Zaffar Khan, and Irfan Anjum were also present, alongside senior officials from the finance and education departments.
