From Lake Restoration to Panchayat Powers: 14 Resolutions Listed for J&K Assembly

The Assembly Secretariat has selected 14 resolutions through a draw of lots, which will be listed in the business of the House on March 31 and April 2.

As per details with KNO, MLA Gurez Nazir Ahmad Khan has submitted a resolution linking promotions in the Education and Health Departments with mandatory service in far-flung areas.

MLA Pampore Justice (Retd.) Hasnain Masoodi has urged the government to regularise possession of State and Shamilat land used by registered educational institutions, allowing them to continue functioning without objections until the process is complete.
