Srinagar: In a landmark implementation of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday executed the first successful property attachment in a 2.39 crore job scam, leading to the recovery and distribution of 75 lakh among 17 fraud victims.
