As far as possible, I run every day - sometimes only two miles, often six, but my favourite runs are races that are over 30 miles.

Last week, I travelled to Devon with my friend Ian to try to finish the 34-mile Outer Edge Events Dartmoor Crossing. This race is not for the fainthearted with the potential of uneven or boggy surfaces for much of the course plus a total of more than 3,000ft of ascent.
