SHOCK & AWE Dobson was surprise winner
CHARLIE DOBSON produced a barnstorming finish to win the 400m and shock fellow Brit Matt Hudson-Smith before admitting: “I love to beat him.”
Olympic silver medalist Hudson-Smith came into the race as a big favourite.
But Dobson produced a lung-busting final 100m to win in a personal best of 44.14secs, 0.13 ahead of his biggest domestic rival and friend.
