Arokodare hits morale-boosting clincher for Pereira

- BY CHRIS BEESLEY

AFTER losing his first five Premier League games of the season beleaguered Wolves boss Vitor Pereira found some respite in the Carabao Cup.

Wolves’ miserable start to the campaign has included a 3-2 loss to Ever-ton at Molineux, but goals from Marshall Munetsi and substitute Tolu Arokodare made sure this time it was David Moyes’ Toffees who came unstuck.

Munetsi was one of nine changes made by Pereira, who despite his pointless return in the league, penned anew three-year deal last week.
