Rising stars of electronica to play Curveball

MUSIC promoters Future Awkwardness will present the first-ever Irish performances from three of the UK's most innovative new electronic artists - Sulk Rooms, Kayla Painter and James Adrian Brown.

This triple headliner at Curveball, upstairs in The Button Factory tonight, marks the first opportunity for a Dublin audience to catch three rising voices at a pivotal moment in their creative evolution.

A pseudonym of hugely prolific Yorkshire-based composer Thomas Ragsdale, the music of Sulk Rooms draws the link between euphoric electronica and smoke engulfed drones.

Electric soundscapes and rising techno map Sulk Rooms’ universe where panoramic pulses fuel adrenaline charged synths to feelings of both wonder and unease.
