Spanish cops tell doc of Daniel's shock at arrest

SPANISH secret agents have revealed what Kinahan cartel members were really like when they were arrested following Operation Shovel in 2010.

In a new BBC Documentary called Kinahan: The True Story of Ireland's Mafia, Spanish police reveal details of the twoyear operation, which was ultimately a failure.

They said Christopher Kinahan Sr was "polite" while his son Daniel was "not a nice person at all".

Fifteen years after their arrest in Spain, two special agents hid their identity in the four-part series, as they still feared the violent gang.
