DURING lockdown in Ireland, Matt Damon went viral after an image emerged of him with a SuperValu bag in Dalkey.

The Hollywood star was staying in Dublin as he was filming scenes for Ridley Scott's The Last Duel at the time.
Fans joked that Damon was taking part in the grand Irish tradition of bringing a 'bag of cans' to drink outside.
However, the actor later confessed to radio station Spin that it was only his swimming gear.
