Luigi pleads not guilty to CEO shooting

LUIGI Mangione pleaded not guilty yesterday to a murder charge in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

US prosecutors have also formally declared their intent to seek the death penalty against him.
Mangione, 26, leaned forward toward a microphone as US District Judge Margaret Garnett asked him if he understood the indictment and charges against him.
