I GOT so sick of my girl bedding other men that I issued her with a them-or-me ultimatum - and lost.

Now I'm on my own and deeply regretting speaking out.

I never meant for this to happen. I had no idea that she would call my bluff and walk away.

Things started to go wrong last March. I became sick of her hanging out with ex-boyfriends and male colleagues. She was drinking too much and staggering home stinking of aftershave with her knickers in her bag.
