RETIRED RTE host Joe Duffy has landed himself a new job - more than a week after quitting Liveline.
The 69-year-old clearly likes to keep busy and has filmed a promotional video for retailer Lidl.
He can be seen prowling the aisles in a suit and a brown hat in the guise of a private detective.
As he enters the Lidl, Value Beyond Belief - Episode 1 appears, accompanied by a film noir jazz score.
Joe says: "I promised myself I was out. No more talk, no more questions. Just an average Joe.
"But questions - they don't take no for an answer."
