ELIZABETH Hurley has celebrated turning 60 this week posing in her birthday suit - showing us she is still one of the world's most iconic models.

The actress, who turned 60 on Tuesday, shared a photo of herself on Instagram posing nude in a grassy field and wearing a necklace as she wrapped her legs and arms around herself.

"Happy birthday to me! This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach and... I'm in love," wrote Hurley, who went public with her relationship with Billy Ray Cyrus, 63, in April.

"Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world," she added, writing that the photo was "taken this afternoon... in my birthday suit xxx"

The British model burst onto the scene in 1994 when she accompanied her then-boyfriend Hugh Grant to the London premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral. She wore a black Versace dress with oversized gold safety pins, which garnered huge media attention and catapulted her into the public eye. Months later, she also appeared on the cover of Tatler magazine.
