HEIMIR Hallgrímsson insists he's a "glass-half-full" type of person when it comes to Ireland taking at least a point from the visit of Portugal next month.

He acknowledged that Roberto Martinez would travel to Dublin with a squad packed with Champions League regulars, while he has no one to call on with experience in this season's competition.
