I DON'T often miss an episode of Fair City - but I haven't watched it in years. Watching it sounds like hard work.

You don't have to watch Fair City to get maximum Fair City enjoyment. I'd suggest that not watching it is the most enjoyable version.

Because, in a neat but perhaps overlooked corner of RTE's website, there's a version of Fair City that actually passes for entertainment.

Fair City has evolved over the centuries. I'd imagine the theme music is set to drum and bass or techno now. But there's no music in the best version.
