DJ Tim Westwood in court on rape charges

TIM Westwood yesterday pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including rape and sexual assault.
The former BBC Radio 1 DJ, 68, denied four counts of rape, nine counts of indecent assault and two counts of sexual assault.
Westwood, who spoke only to confirm his name and enter his pleas, was granted bail with a condition not to contact the complainants.
A provisional trial date for January 25, 2027, was set by the court in London.
