Couple died from multiple injuries in collision

A MARRIED couple killed in an alleged hit-and-run on St Stephen's Day last year died as a result of multiple traumatic injuries, an inquest heard yesterday.

Anthony Hogg, 39, and his 38-year-old wife Georgina Hogg-Moore were struck by a vehicle while crossing Blanchardstown Road North in Dublin.

The couple, who had two children, and were from Whitestown Avenue, Blanchardstown, had been out sales shopping and were on their way home when the collision occurred near the entrance to Blanchardstown Shopping Centre at around 5.45pm.
