CLARKE IN FULL-TIME BEL WRING
Irish Daily Star
|October 13, 2025
SCOTLAND boss Steve Clarke slammed his side's performance despite them moving a step closer to World Cup qualification for the first time since 1998.
Victory against Belarus, and defeat for Greece in Denmark, means Scotland will finish second in Group C which guarantees at least a playoff spot in the hunt to make it to the finals in the USA, Canada and Mexico next summer.
But Clarke could not hide his unhappiness at the performance at Hampden Park, where they secured a 3-1 comeback win against the Greeks on Thursday night.
