Celeb couple had Hollywood-style notions for €5m fixer-upper in UK

THESE images show the planned Beverly Hills-style makeover of a London pad at the heart of the split between Late Late Show host Patrick Kielty and Cat Deeley.
The celebrity duo, who announced their separation this week after 13 years of marriage, were in the midst of major renovation work on the mansion.
They purchased the £5million (€5.75million) bare-bones property, dubbed a “fixer-upper”, with the aim of crafting an LA-style home. In 2022, they secured planning permission to transform it into a mid-century modern-style residence.
They got the go-ahead to “renovate, extend and upgrade” the five-bedroom property. Detailed sketches and photos illustrate the magnitude of the project embarked upon.
