Train journeys can be hell, so here's one solution: Britain's first ever railway therapy dog.

Six-year-old German Shepherd Nya is now travelling back and forth on the Transpennine Express to help passengers who are experiencing anxiety.
Her owner, Stephen O'Callaghan, 43, was a police officer for more than 20 years and now works for the company as its safeguarding and crime prevention lead.
He carries out his therapy dog work on a voluntary basis.
