Singer's not guilty plea over 'bottle attack'

SINGER Chris Brown appeared in a UK court yesterday to plead not guilty over an alleged bottle attack.

The American star, 36, will now face a trial here accused of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to music producer Abraham Diaw.

The alleged attack is said to have taken place at the Tape club in Hanover Square, in Mayfair, London, on February 19, 2023.

Brown confirmed his name and date of birth at the plea and trial preparation hearing at Southwark crown court before entering his plea, saying: "Not guilty maam.
