WILL Smith is being sued by an America's Got Talent star who claims he was fired for reporting sexual harassment.

Brian King Joseph is pursuing the actor and his company Treyball Studios Management for wrongful termination and retaliation in a suit filed in California's superior court.

He alleges he was subjected to a “traumatic series of events” while working on the film star and singer's 2025 Based On A True Story tour, before getting fired for complaining.

The Men In Black actor, 57, allegedly told the violinist: “You and I have such a special connection that I don't have with anyone else.”
