THE Oasis brothers have not had any contact with their Irish Gallagher relatives for years, The Star can reveal.

- BY JOHN KIERANS

The last time Liam and Noel met or saw their estranged father Tommy's family was at Slane Castle in 2009 when they invited them all to the monster gig for a mass Gallagher get-together.

But there will be no such reunion this weekend at Croke Park as the legendary rockers return to their adopted country.

Liam and Noel have four uncles, an aunt and around 40 cousins living between the village where the Gallaghers came from in Duleek, Co Meath, and Drogheda a few miles away.

And those family members going to the concerts are paying their own way and not as VIPs.

When they were children, Liam, Noel and their brother Paul used to come over to Duleek every summer for two weeks to see their granny Annie Gallagher.

They stayed with her in her small cottage and would go around visiting all their aunts and uncles and play with their army of cousins.
