Kieffer double downs old club in 'F***ing heck of a game'

KIEFFER MOORE struck twice against his old club as Wrexham recovered from 3-1 down to beat Sheffield United in a Boxing Day thriller at Stok Cae Ras.

Patrick Bamford had looked set to take the headlines with a well-taken early double for the Blades.

But the hosts powered back to claim their first win in six Championship outings.

Moore said: “F***ing heck of a game. We know Sheff United are a very good side and we struggled for moments in the game, but to score five goals is outstanding.

“We showed what we are about as a team and we're delighted.”

George Thomason provided two assists and won a penalty.

He added: “I would rather win with a clean sheet, but scoring five at home is brilliant. We showed resilience and kept battling.
