Man denies machine gun murder

A MAN who denies murdering a relative when he opened fire on him with a submachine gun in his front garden was not suffering from a mental disorder, a trial heard yesterday.
A prosecution barrister said Christopher Devine, 44, instead meets the criteria for cocaine intoxication.
