Cullen warns Munster that Blues will come for them

- BY MICHAEL SCULLY

LEO CULLEN claims his URC champions Leinster will be the team doing the chasing when they face Munster at Croke Park.

The fixture won't be the record sellout it was a year ago, when Leinster raced into a three-try lead that their rivals couldn't haul back but there will still be over 50,000 fans at GAA HQ to witness the latest duel.

The Blues have won all but two of the last 15 meetings - including seven of the last eight - and have 22 players in Ireland's squad that is heading to Chicago next week ahead of the All Blacks clash compared to the four Munster men going.

Leinster also have 13 players involved today who were with the Lions in Australia to Munster's one - Tadhg Beirne, who will make his first appearance of the season.

As a consequence, Cullen insists, there are plenty of motivating factors for Munster counterpart Clayton McMillan to use.

"Absolutely, yeah, and that's the thing for us to understand. Listen, their motivation will be through the roof," he says.
