NOVEMBER 25 - A woman was doused in an accelerant and set on fire in a horrific attack in Clondalkin, West Dublin. Her family later speak to us and name her as mother-of-two Alexis Lee Campion, 44, who remains in a critical condition in hospital with life changing injuries.
DECEMBER 6 - Four-year-old Tadhg Farrell and his grandaunt Mary Holt, 60, are killed when thugs threw a firebomb into a house in Edenderry, Co Offaly. Gardai announce the incident as a double murder.
