COLD? IT'S BREEZING..

Bitter wind chill will make it feel like -10C

IF you thought it was cold yesterday - you'd better wrap up a lot more today the wind chill will make the first day back at work after the holidays bitingly bitter.

That's according to the advice from the Meteociel weather sitewhich warns of Arctic-like conditions for all areas.

From around 3am to 10am, a wind chill of about -10C is expected in Leinster.

In the Midlands and Munster temperatures will feel like -7/-8C while people in Connacht were warned to expect the air to feel like -4/-5C.
