New jersey to mark famous victory over NZ
THE Ireland rugby team will don a special-edition jersey ahead of their eagerly awaited showdown with New Zealand in Chicago on November 1.
Andy Farrell's squad have already arrived in the Windy City to begin preparations, hoping to recreate the magic of their historic 2016 triumph at Soldier Field - Ireland's first-ever win over the All Blacks.
Only Tadhg Furlong and Robbie Henshaw remain from that starting XV, but the current team will no doubt draw inspiration from that momentous occasion as they aim to avenge last year's 23-13 defeat in Dublin.
