Blaze-hit Luas route shut for several weeks

LUAS services along a section of Dublin's Docklands are set to remain closed for weeks following a fire.

Firefighters brought the blaze at George's Dock Bridge under control by 11.30pm on Tuesday.
Operators Transdev said red line services would not operate from Connolly Station to The Point for at least seven days.
However, last night on social media it was announced services will remain closed “for several weeks at a minimum”.
