Activist vows to return to Gaza amid row over theatrics and PR stunt

GRETA Thunberg hit back at claims her “freedom flotilla" trip to Gaza was theatrical yesterday and accused Israel of orchestrating a PR stunt by giving her a sandwich.
The Swedish activist, 22, claimed she had been kidnapped when IDF troops boarded her yacht Madleen, detained her and 11 other activists and forced them to dock in Israel.
But a picture of her smiling as a soldier offered her sandwich after her boat was intercepted went viral.
Ms Thunberg was deported to France in handcuffs yesterday with two others after signing documents but said they wanted to return “as soon as we could”.
