Tigers and Birmingham face FA charges after clash, Owls file for adminstration
Hull Daily Mail

HULL City are preparing their case as they look to fight an FA charge levied against them after last Saturday's 3-2 win at Birmingham.
-
Both teams have been sanctioned by the governing body after the two sets of players and staff were engaged in an ugly exchange before halftime at St Andrew's following a challenge involving Kyle Joseph and Patrick Roberts.
During the event, Tigers boss Sergej Jakirovic alleged a member of the Blues’ security staff made offensive comments and manager Chris Davies swore at the City chief, though Davies has maintained he didn't use abusive language.
Birmingham, in a statement within an hour of the game finishing, claimed they had carried out a thorough investigation and criticised Jakirovic, who remains defiant offensive words were directed at him, but is keen not to take the matter any further.
