Network Rail to clear up 'eyesore' fly-tipping after councillors raise concern

NETWORK Rail has said it will clear up an area of its land after councillors raised concerns about “consistent” fly-tipping.

Three Hull City Councillors wrote to Network Rail to express their concerns over a “heavily littered” site off Anlaby Road.

Boothferry ward councillors Maria Coward, Jack Haines, and Alison Collinson, all of whom are part of the council's ruling Liberal Democrat group, penned a letter to both the current and incoming chief executives of Network Rail regarding land adjacent to Roslyn Road, Meadow Bank Road, and Cardigan Road in their ward.
