More A63 Castle Street closures announced

OVERNIGHT closures will continue on the A63 this month as work progresses on the Castle Street project.

National Highways says it has "now completed the most complex part of the concrete pours to create the base of the underpass".
The next phase will see the slip roads at Mytongate worked on for the new split-level junction, along with work on the central reserve on the A63 and the completion of further works at Market Place junction. This will include electrical works for the road signage and lighting.
