A CELEBRATED blues musician is performing an intimate gig close to home after touring the world.
Dan Burnett, born in Beverley and son of renowned local guitarist Laurie Burnett, will perform at The Back Room in Cottingham on Saturday, June 14.
Now based in Harrogate, the professional vocalist and pianist is a former British Blues Awards finalist. He has also toured across Europe and the US.
Dan said: “People can expect soul blues acoustic originals and covers. I cover artists including Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Donny Hathaway, Marvin Gaye, the soul blues kind of genres.
