Gildart's 'best is still to come'

HULL KR head coach Willie Peters believes Oliver Gildart's best may still be to come after the star centre committed his future to the club by agreeing a new two-year deal.

- By JOSH MCALLISTER

The extension will keep Gildart at Sewell Group Craven Park until the end of the 2028 Super League season.

Gildart, 29, joined the Robins ahead of the 2024 season following a stint in the NRL. He has since featured 32 times for Hull KR, scoring 13 tries to date and made his comeback from a long-term injury to feature in last year's Grand Final win over former club Wigan Warriors.
