Former FC star Hoy joins the exodus from Castleford

CASTLEFORD Tigers have confirmed the early release of playmaker Tex Hoy to “pursue playing opportunities elsewhere.”

The 26-year-old arrived at the Jungle midway through the 2024 Super League season following his release from Hull FC, and went on to make 35 appearances, scoring 13 tries and kicking 20 goals.
He will represent a new club next season, as Ryan Carr's shakeup continues following his arrival as head coach to start a three-year deal.
