'Extend and refurb' plan for specialist care home

PLANS have been submitted to East Riding Council to make alterations to remodel and extend a specialist care home in Hornsea.
A courtyard would be formed in the centre of the site
Granville Court, located off Esplanade, could soon be modified if the planning application is approved by the council.
The NHS's Humber Teaching Foundation Trust website describes Granville Court as “a specialist nursing home for adults who have profound and multiple learning disabilities alongside complex physical health needs that require nursing care to be constantly available.”
