Ex-City boss lands new head coach role

FORMER Hull City boss Shota Arveladze has landed a new role almost three years on from his Hull City exit, taking charge of Turkish Super Lig outfit Kasimpasa.

It's the second time in his long managerial career that the popular Georgian has taken over the Istanbul-based club, having spent three years there between 2012 and 2015.
Kasimpasa finished 10th in the Super Lig last term and sacked Burak Yılmaz on Sunday, bringing in Arveladze and then hailing his homecoming more than a year on from his exit at Karagumruk.
"Shota Arveladze, who served as our club's technical director between 2012-2015, is back at the helm of Kasımpaşa," the club said in a statement.
