Donation gets scanner fund to £13m

THE Daisy Appeal has paid tribute to The J F Brignall Charitable Trust following an “incredible” donation that has helped push its scanner campaign towards the halfway mark.

The grant-making Trust's generous contribution, together with a series of other major donations received towards the end of 2025, means the charity has now raised approximately £1.3m towards its £3m target, for a new digital PET CT scanner at Castle Hill Hospital.
