Council approves 15 new Brandesburton homes

EAST Riding Council has approved plans for 15 new homes off New Road in Brandesbuton.

The houses are to be built on a vacant section of land to the north of New Road.
Plans show how a new access road and junction will be established to service the homes.
Each of the homes is to be provided with at least two off-street parking spaces, according to documents submitted to the council. Only two of the proposed parking spaces will be accessed directly from New Road, with the others being accessed from the proposed shared access road.
