DERBY County have been linked with a move for Ipswich captain Sam Morsy who could leave Portman Road this summer.

According to Alan Nixon, Rams head coach John Eustace is a huge admirer of the midfielder who has played an integral role in Ipswich's success story.

Morsy has helped Derby's Championship rivals win promotion to the Premier League as they climbed from League One through the second tier.

But he was unable to help keep them in the top flight last season as they finished in the bottom three.
