Kyran Wingfield-West, 20, was sentenced to detention for two years and eight months for raping a girl under 13 in North Wales
A MAN with learning difficulties has been locked up for twice raping a girl under 13.
Kyran Wingfield-West was 17 when he committed the offences several years ago in north west Wales.
Wingfield-West, formerly of Anglesey, pleaded guilty to two counts of raping a child under 13 at an earlier hearing.
A judge at Caernarfon Crown Court sentenced him to two years and eight months in a young offenders' institution for each offence.
